This adapter does what it is supposed to do. I give it 5 stars because I have had no problems.
Solid Quality Product December 9, 2007
Just got in my TDK VHS-C adapter a couple weeks back and went to work transferring all my tapes onto the computer. I was happy to find that it is a reliable and sturdy product. I had a little trouble putting the very first tape in, but soon got the hang of it. I cannot comment on how it holds up after extended use, because I've finished all my transfers and probably won't need to use it again for a long time. For my experience with it though, I recommend it with full confidence.
 NOT MOTORIZED August 1, 2007
This is a manual adapter and there are much cheaper ones on the market out there. I personally had a dysfucntion...... and thought it was motorized buy the motorized one. This one is ok.
