These are great straps, they are strong, they easily lock close and open with one hand, but when paired with the Tamrac 9 adventure pack you'll find no where on the pack to attached these straps to secure your tripod. I'm surprised after ten days in Europe and countless times they came loose I didn't lose one but I left with four straps and came home with four straps.
