 Was Sent BOWER instead of OPTEKA July 29, 2008
It is unfortunate that I cannot provide any sensible review on OPTEKA since 47th Street Photo, the shipper via Amazon.com, sent BOWER (filter lenses made in China) instead of my original order for Opteka 3-Piece (supposedly made in Japan), for reasons that was never explained to me. When I attempted to do an ROM or return-of-merchandise, Amazon.com will not stand for me and 47th Photo ignored my request for return. Indeed, very discouraging customer service practice but I went on purchasing more stuff from and via Amazon.com. 47th Photo? I should know better next time.
