Painful to connect to my Blackberry but finally... June 4, 2008 I won't say I am 100% happy with this puppy: it took a number of attempts on my own and a trip to the nearest T-Mobile store to get it to like my Blackberry Pearl. But finally, after the two of them get along well with each other, I am a happy camper.
My only complain now: seeing how I can find a number of less expensive options in Amazon, within days of having purchased this one. I feel inclined to return it... It's not like I am attached to it by now.
Didn't fit me May 10, 2008 The electronic parts worked fine; it sync'd fine and sounded alright. I just didn't like the way it fit on my ear. It didn't feel stable or secure. I have the same problem with my headset with a similar ear pattern at work.

It worked great for couple of months but I bought 2 and both has problem.
Still unsure about this headset April 16, 2008 Started using the Motorola H700 about a month ago. I have small ears - so the plastic piece consistently falls off. I have to cup my ear with the headset on - just to continue my phone conversation. This is my biggest complaint about this headset.
Second biggest complaint - I'm having trouble when dialing out - the connection from my phone does not always transfer to the headset. So, people are answering on the other side and they can't hear me. I try to recover on the phone, but that does not work. So after perhaps 2 to 3 calls to that one person - they can finally hear me through the headset. What I have discovered as a temporary solution is to start the phone call on my phone, then hit the button on the headset- but there is a lag and I always have to ask the person to repeat their last sentence.
The wind noise or AC in the car is picked up. People complain that the noise is loud from my side.
I like the fact that this is light-weight, but I always need to adjust, so I'm not really benefitting from that.
If anyone has small ears - I don't recommend this headset.
Excellent product April 6, 2008 Great headset. It works great, but the range is kinda low. If I have my phone in my pocket, I may get static. Other than that, it works excellent.
