the company whom I purchased from was prompt and mailed missing parts immediately! Like all bluetooths its not perfect but the best I have owned!

It looks very good and the sound clarity is also good. Only one drawback what I have seen was the ear holder what they have provided are not in correct size.

cannot truly rate the product as i returned it immediately. it was not new, as presented on the description. it probably had been previously sold, returned and resold to me; there was an opened guidebook with a penciled in phone #, written on the back (they come in a sealed plastic bag). the item was returned and a replacement sent. i believe the replacement had also been previously bought, returned and sent to me. the ear loops had been opened and pulled out of their (supposed to be sealed) plastic pouch. also, the main packaging looked as if it had seen some serious action that left it scratched and marred that could not possibly have been caused by the cushioned box i recieved it in. i immediately returned this item as well. do not know what to think about this new wrinkle in amazon ordering, other than it is taking up a lot of my time ordering, re-sending and then sorting out that amazon actually needed to reimburse my credit card for the original purchase price, as the replacement had shown a $00.00 cost on the invoice (due to being a replacement) and the system initiated an email to inform me of the $00.00 they would be crediting me. a major waste of time. all that needed to be stated on the original description was "refurbished" and i would not have started the whole rig-a-marole to begin with.

Where do I start? It looks good and it works great. The price was the best I could find anywhere. Bottom line is it does what it said it would do and I'm happy with the purchase.

The product seems to function well and people on the receiving end comment on the voice clarity, but the ear pierce is not very comfortable and it feels like the device is always ready to fall out.
Must be my ears!
