1 out of 5 stars DO NOT BUY A KRZR   December 23, 2007
1 out of 2 found this review helpful

I bought 3 krzrs and ALL OF THEM ARE DEFECTIVE. all 3 freeze randomly and the screen goes white frequently. it can not be a coincidence, it can only be a manufacturer defect. how motorola can continue to sell a product they know is defective and can not perform as promised is irresponsible at best. if you want a phone that doesnt work and you cant return because they cant duplicate the problem, then buy a krzr. be sure to buy a second phone so u have one that actually works.

4 out of 5 stars Great Phone -- Pretty, Compact, and Light   December 11, 2007

I love this phone. It's pretty, compact, light, and functional. It's Bluetooth compatible and the camera works great. I get a lot of compliments on it for its looks.

My only complaint would be that the screen size is small. That's probably not a problem for teenagers, but the over 40 crowd might want something a little easier to see!

4 out of 5 stars Good, Stylish Phone   November 20, 2007

I was first attracted to this phone because it was, okay, pretty. I needed something to replace my Motorola V276 after I killed it in two years of use and chose the KRZR.

PROS
Lots of features
Easy to hold
Stylish
Many standard ringtones
Not bad for a camera video
Powerful speakerphone and good, strong sounds
I like you have many options for ringing, including turning all sounds except the alarm, off

CONS
Phone randomly stopped ringing one day, and then a few days later fixed itself
Screen is hard to see in bright daylight
Attracts fingerprints easily

I really love this phone though. It's lightweight, with a glossy front and a velvety soft back. You really have to see it and hold it to fully appreciate it.

3 out of 5 stars Verizon has good reception but not so good service   September 27, 2007

I switched from Tmobile to Verizon two months ago, because Tmobile has a really bad coverage where I live.
I find Verizon has a much better reception anywhere I go, but I dislike their way of handling bills and their website. As an example, I tried the 15$/month data service since it came for free for the first 30 days; I figured pretty soon I would not use it, so after maybe 2 weeks I canceled it through their website. Well, for some reason I kept being billed for the two following months, without realizing it since the first bill I got included activation fees and two months worth of billing (for some reason I did not understand), and I was not careful enough. Sure, the information was all there, SOMEWHERE, but I did not find it very accessible...
