3 out of 5 stars Good, but ...   August 10, 2007
The sound in bound and out bound is spotty; seems to be impacted by ambient noise. While this is my first wireless ear-piece, it was somewhat difficult to "form" to my ear [or I have a weird ear?]. I've had it less than two weeks and the ear piece has already broken ... seems a little funny for the price and reputation. Jabra must know this because they offer two replacements FREE on their web-site.

Product was received in excellent condition. Quick delivery and will most definitely recommend this purchaser. .

4 out of 5 stars Light as a feather but needs more volume   July 27, 2007

The Jabra JX-10 is incredibly light, it's not hard to forgot you're wearing it. But with the adjustable over the earwire can fit snugly to your head. My only quibble is with the volume. Unless you plant the bud portion inside your ear (very uncomfortable for my delicate ears) it can be difficult to hear clearly when there is much ambient noise. I've solved that by using an earbud extender.

4 out of 5 stars Surprisingly good   July 25, 2007
I had an older model Jabra which I finally stopped using because of discomfort. This one is totally comfortable with the behind the ear clip, and sound quality surprisingly good. In windy situations I have some modest difficulty hearing the other party, but otherwise works well. The people listening to me have no idea that I am using the blue tooth. The sound quality on their end is consistently excellent. It stays charged for up to two days. It picks up on the second ring just as I have programmed.

The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that occasionally I have to re-pair this unit with my treo 700, for no clear reason that I can understand. That however is infrequent. Highly recommended.

4 out of 5 stars Great production, BUT watch the ear clip.   July 23, 2007
So I do like my headset as this is now the third that I have ever owned and for now the best. The only issue that I had and seems to be resolved is with the ear clip. Basically the ear clip that came with my kept on falling off and within the first week broke. I called Jabra and they sent me some replacement clips, which they say is made to hold better. Sure enough they came in and now my ear clip does not fall off at all and unless I really try, I don't think it will break. Make sure to get for a least a few extra, but so far I have only needed the one they sent me.

If it were not for this initial clip issue I would give this product a 5 for sound quality, fit and style.
