The charger worked until I went to remove it from the outlet and it left one of the prongs in the outlet. Scary.

The package was sealed tight, so obviously this is brand new. However, the charger did not work as soon as I tried it the first time. Cheap item like this was not worth to return. I snapped open the connector and found a solder joint broken. Fix it myself and now it works as advertised.

Not only am I upset with the fact that this says it will work with the 80GB ZUNE, it ruined my player as well!
I am very careful with my electronics! I unplugged this "CHARGER" after a full 3 hours of being plugged into my ZUNE, to find out there was NO CHARGE!
This is horrible!

This charger works great with the Zune 30Gig , which I bought on Amazon for 99$ [Dec, 2007].
Note : Take a closer look at the socket in the images before you buy. This charger I believe doesn't work with the "earlier" Zune 30's as the socket is different[smaller].
