| Customer Reviews:
Jabra SP5050 Bluetooth Speakerphone May 20, 2008 The Jabra SP5050 is slim and very easy to use. The instruction to pair it to cellphones are easy to follow. The sound quality is good. I have not experienced the volume issue that other users have. This Jabra is limited by the features of the cellphone one has. My Motorola KRZR automatically connects to it every time. However, I tried an older LG phone and it does not automatically make the Bluetooth connection. The same LG phone does automatically connect to my Motorola H700 Headset. So the issue may be that Jabra has some issue with older phones.
Very Pleased May 20, 2008 The Jabra functions fine in my car. Allows me to talk "hands Free". I was having issues with minor ear infections using a bluetooth device that hung on my ear. This solved the problem just fine. Price was right.
Very Pleased May 19, 2008 The most important thing to consider is the sound quality. Speakerphones are notoriously bad. This one, however is pretty good.
People I talk to on it don't know I'm on a speakerphone. Their voice quality is slightly tinny, but not distorted and still very intelligible. In every way it's better than a headset I tried, which was tedious, didn't sound good, and hurt my ear.
I was able to clip the speakerphone onto the visor OVER the CD wallet thing. The clip is very flexible. The face of it acts as a universal button for power on/off and making/ending calls.

I was disappointed in the product. After reading good reviews I found that at highway speeds, the party on the other end could not hear me. The speaker seemed OK and I could hear with volume at max. I'm trying the Motorola T505 next and hoping that will work better.
Great design, sound quality and volume is not good May 18, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Very nice looking, easy to use. However the answer button sometimes work with my Blackberry sometimes does not. Ringing volume is very low. You will not hear it with your music on. People hear me fine but I have problems hearing them. Volume is low and sound has a lot of distortions. May be if you drive a very quiet car you might be fine. In my SUV which is not particular loud but it is not a Lexus sedan either this thing is not much of a use. I am switching back to on the ear hands free.
