I've used reusable grocery (and shopping) bags for a long time, but was tired of the nylon-type flopping around and a batch of canvas ones being too bulky and heavy to even carry into the store. After looking around, I thought these solved those problems. In addition, they stay upright, are large enough you don't need hundreds but are small enough the bag-boys and -girls don't over-stuff them so heavily no one could lift them. They are easy to carry and, last but most assuredly not least, were VERY reasonable in price. You get five for about half what some other bags cost, EACH. The first time I used them the grocery store cashier admired them (she especially liked the colors) and asked where I got them! These are perfect for my needs.

I bought these bags to split between myself and my sister. We've used them for grocery shopping and as a tote for day/weekend trips. They are very versitile! I like the square bottoms for more fragile items (eggs, bread). And they are stronger than they look.
I've been using them 2 months already and will not go back to single use plastic bags!

I received my bags a few days after I placed my order. They are great. They hold at least as much as a paper bag and the handles makes them 10x's better. Plus I get a bag credit from my grocery store so they will pay for themselves after a few months!

In my attempt at being green, I purchased these bags to stop using plastic and paper bags. They were shipped before the expected delivery date. CYMA sent a free pen and cooler bag so that was a nice surprise. The bags are very deep and wide. You could probably fit 2-3 bags of regular plastic bags into one of these bags. The bottom is sturdy with the plastic insert. The material is the same of those reusable bags found in stores. Another unexpected bonus is the small discount my grocery store provides when I use the reusable shopping bags! I recommend these bags and plan on buying more for gifts!
Perfect Grocery Bags April 10, 2008
I was indecisive when considering this tote over other more expensive bags. My husband suggested I try these first to make sure I'd really use them (and not just stuff them in a corner somewhere). Turns out the CYMA bags are perfect for grocery shopping, visiting the library, and carrying my young daughter's toys. I appreciate the extra insulated tote and pen the company included in my order. But the best aspect to these bags? No more dealing with annoying plastic grocery bags! I love putting away my groceries, then folding up the totes and using them again. Good for me and good for the environment.
