5 out of 5 stars Great product!   July 1, 2008
Great replacement for my Fuji FinePix S5000.
Works great with video files as well.

5 out of 5 stars Very good!   June 27, 2008
I didn't know that you can take panoramic pictures with olympus cameras only if you have an olympus memory.... I'm not sure if it's posted, but it would be higly helpful if you post somewhere visible about this fact ;)

4 out of 5 stars Good Product   June 22, 2008
Worked well while taking 600 High Qaulity photos while on vacation in Alaska. Would have given 5 stars if packing was less wastefull and smaller card storage container was provided.

5 out of 5 stars Perfect picture card for a new digital camera.   June 19, 2008
This was what the camera manufacturer recommended, and boy oh boy, it never ran out of space on a recent trip to see my first great-grandchild. I call that true peace of mind when you want to record something forever--we took hundreds of pix and still had space left. The only little problem was figuring out which way to put in into the camera because it lacked clear instructions, but that was soon solved.

4 out of 5 stars I'm not sure why Olympus uses a proprietary card.   June 18, 2008
I recently purchased a Olympus digital camera. It had a good price and I knew that Olympus made good products. It was the third digital camera I had bought. My first was a Fuji, my second a Kodak. Both of those used SD cards.

When I opened the box, I then discovered that I would need to use the xd card instead of an SD card.

I'm using the camera--maybe I'll review that as well. Everything is working. But the next time I buy a camera, I will think twice before buying from a company that uses proprietary media. I'd rather have the option of using a cheaper and more available SD card. I don't see any significant differences, other than the fact that the XD chip is not as readily available.
