4 out of 5 stars Great bargain and functional too   March 29, 2008
These silicone skins are a great bargain for your Wii controllers. They go on and off easily, and the controller cover has an opening on the end so then nunchuck connection is easy. It also makes it a cinch to put on and off a charger. The comfortable grips make playing for an extended period of time more enjoyable. I was not disappointed in this purchase, I would recommend them.

5 out of 5 stars Good product   February 15, 2008
They are very nice covers for the remotes...and they help to grip the remote better so that it ensures they do not slip out of your hand. Certainly convenient considering our son has launched it a few times withought the cover on it and has not yet with the covers on.

3 out of 5 stars Only problem is its a pain to change the batteries.   February 14, 2008

Once you've got this on, it looks great and feels very good. Especially on the nunchuck. I've got it under the skin Wii provides that has the big padded front end in case you throw the wii mote at something accidentaly. Its slim enough that it works fine under that one, and actually looks pretty cool. I bought a black one & a blue one so its easier to tell which remote is who's when we're playin games together & stop for a smoke break or whatever. The only thing I hate about it is how much of a pain it is to replace the batteries. It takes like 10 minutes to get the thing off & back on/centered correctly. Once you line it up, its a great fit though.

the item was very hard to put on and if you have a charger for the wii remotes it will not work with it. also make the controller very slippery

2 out of 5 stars INCREDIBLE PAIN   January 31, 2008

These sleeves for your wiimote look really sleek - and they're a real pain too. I'm sure I spend 5 minutes every time I try to put one on.

PLUSES:
-They look neat
-Better grip. I have such sweaty hands that I can barely hold onto a wiimote during Wii Sports. These silicone sleeves help.

MINUSES:
-Terrific pain to get on and off
-No access to batteries
-Makes it difficult to access "+", "-", and "home" buttons. Since many people use the home button a lot, this is a real impediment.
-The nunchuck sleeve is REALLY hard to get on, b/c the plug has to go through a hole sized for the cord.

If your wii batteries last at least a month, you might consider buying a bunch of these CHEAPLY and cutting off the old sleeve to change batteries. If you change batteries more often than once a month, I can't imagine these being worth the time to put them on (let alone get them off again).

The two stars are because they do look pretty jazzy. I haven't had to change batteries yet, so I'm not yet cursing myself for putting these sleeves on.
