4 out of 5 stars Great Case, but too expensive   August 11, 2008
This same case sells for $29.99 at your local Best Buy. Thats where I got mine. This is a great case, Zune fits snug, looks great. the only complaint is that it has no cutout for the charger, if they would have included this, I would have given it 5 stars.

5 out of 5 stars Must-have for Zune owners   August 1, 2008
This fits my Zune perfectly and I keep it in the case all the time. Prevents accidents. Earphones can be used while it is in the case, and all controls are available. Cannot sync or charge while in the case, you think they could have cut an access slot for that purpose as well.

4 out of 5 stars Good Quality and Good Protection, but a couple of issues.   July 31, 2008
The Good:
I like this case. It's well constructed. Your Zune will be well protected. The case is attractive--if rather feminine. I bought it in the store and the pink stripe was not visible. I like the book/flap implementation of the cover, and the magnetic closure. I like that it doesn't have a plastic window--that would cheese it up and obscure the magnificent Zune screen.

The Bad:
- Your headphone choices are limited because the opening for the headphone port is pretty restrictive. It's not lined up very well on mine, either.

- You have to take it out of the case to sync it or charge it.

The saving grace is that it's very easy to slide the zune in and out of the case.

Overall, I don't regret buying it. It's a pleasing product.

2 out of 5 stars Very Attractive Case, but with a few flaws   July 29, 2008
This is the best-looking case that I could find, and so slim and lightweight. However, it has some important flaws:

- It does not have a cutout for the Zune 80's USB cable.
- It does not have a built-in screen protector like most Zune 80 cases out there.
- The hole for the headphone jack is kind of small.

Now these are pretty big flaws, and I'm disapointed that Microsoft couldn't do any better for the Zune 80.

I would much rather recomend theIncipio Z-137 Leather Flip Case for Zune 80 GB (Black)

3 out of 5 stars No cutout for interface cable   July 16, 2008
This is a very attractive and stylish case, but it has two usability flaws. 1.) It is impossible to connect the charging/USB cable while the Zune is in this case because there is no cutout in the case for the connector. This means that you cannot use this case with the Zune car pack. 2.) The cutout for the audio connector is small in diameter, so some cables cannot be inserted if the plastic housing of the connector is too thick. Of course there is no problem with official Zune cables. My complaints aside, I love the look of the case, especally the cloth lining with the red highlighed trim on the inside of the cover. The magnetic catch for the cover is aslo a nice touch.
