great product April 28, 2008 Very nice. Makes Zune-travel classy and safe all in one. Also makes docking much easier than many hard cases since you can quickly and easily remove Zune from case. This is my first leather case and I am no longer looking for a hard case as I did with my iPod.
zune, zune, zune April 26, 2008 i recently purchased a zune 80g (my first mp3, etc). i needed protection for my investment. being a "frequent buyer" at amazon.com, i searched for a case for my zune. i stumbled across the incipio z-137 black flip case. description was perfect. fine black leather, clip, protection for zune face, appropriate capabilities for syncing and earphone attachment, and price was right. so i purchased the case. i am quite pleased. my zune fits perfect, is protected, and controls are easily accessible. fotos are unobstructed and my ue earphones sound great. couldn't ask for anything more. enjoy
Excellent April 24, 2008 While securing your Zune in place this flip case provides an excellent presentation as you carry it.
Its okay April 17, 2008 This case is nice for its price. but it is cheap leather. its clip is also hard to get on a belt and then slides off easily which would be a problem in a city.(pickpockets) but other than that i like it. its definently worth the price.

I ordered a case from this company at the beginning of this month, and was given a DHL tracking number. Two weeks later, the package was showing as still showing in Ohio. I called DHL and they said that they lost it.
That isn't the bad part. The bad part is when I called this company back, I asked for either another case to be sent out as soon as possible or a refund. At that point, the customer service person told me that I would have to WAIT until they filed a missing item ticket through DHL.
Now, am I crazy, or shouldn't they send another item out ASAP? They chose the shipping method. Not me. They promised 2-6 days, not me. Yet they wanted me to wait what could be another 3-4 weeks.
At this point, the girl put me on hold and another person--a customer service manager--came on the phone, and just because I demanded a refund, started to swear at me. Literally swear.
I warn anybody who orders through this company. It's probably three people working out of a house, and some of the worst delivery and customer service you will run into. And you may not get your item.
At this point, I am just going back to my bank and having them get the money back for me.
