 Ensure you get the swirl September 22, 2008
Was quirky at first. Couldn't enroll a print at first and had to reformat using the enclosed cd. Make sure you repeatedly get the swirl and the print gets enrolled.

Total lack of documentation, quirky installation, poor tech support and unreliable access scan process makes this one of my worst purchases.

this drives does what it is supposed to do with no need to load anything on the host PC. easy to use--I was able to figure out how to use it without reading the instructions...which i hate to do!
