 Great mount. September 30, 2008
This is the best mount i've found by far. I do downhill and XC races. i map my trails so i can go back later and ride or just give to friends. I've beaten the crap out of this and my bike., some pretty good wrecks and the mount and garmin stay on the ball mounts might move but i just loosen and put back where they go and keep riding. Now i know there are problems with the Garmin mount and i think the first run of these had issues but mine works great hold it in there tight. No way the GPS would come out of the bottom of this mount. Yes it does rattle alittle but it won't fall out. i recommend buy this if your looking for a good mount.

I own a Garmin 60csx and used it with this mount on my last ride in baja Mexico. To make this review short and sweet I'll just say: This mount is NOT for hard riding! On our first day it fell out, or was bounced out twice ( it bounced out from the bottom of the mount ) before I finally gave up. I now have to have my 60csx repaired by Garmin at a cost of $150.00. Needless to say, this mount is not worth that kind of money!

This mount is fantastic. I just used it on a 1200 mile motorcycle trip and it didn't move a millimeter the whole time and did not vibrate one bit, either. Highly recommended...

I absolutely love this item. I bought it to mount my Garmin 60CSx to my Yamaha ATV. I rode the hilly offroads of Idaho, through brush, over kelly humps and this mount stayed exactly where it was put. No slipping, sliding or vibrating off. You can adjust it so that you can see it perfectly during your ride. I would recomend this to anyone who plans to do off-roading with their Garmin.
