I can't remember exactly how much I paid for this and I think it's cheaper now than it was before, but I do remember thinking what a great deal it was. I have a Canon PowerShot SD750 7.1MP Digital Elph Camera with 3x Optical Zoom (Silver) and though it came in handy when resort hopping around Lake Tahoe, the 2GB disk I had didn't quite cut it. My fiance and I had taken a lot of pictures and video clips on the slopes and had to dump the pictures onto our macbook (thank goodness we brought it along) each day of our trip. We haven't had any concerns with this 8GB disk but now I think we're lazy about transferring the pictures to our hard-drives since we have all that room!

I bought the 8gb card for my new camera for my family vacation in July. This card have plenty of memory so I do not have to bring along other SD cards on the trip. It is class 6, so it is fast too. Highly recommended.

This memory card is awesome! Great price too, although I paid a bit more when I bought mine. The Amazon.com price sure has dropped in the last 4 months! I used it in my Finepix digital camera on a recent cruise to Alaska. It held 2 hours and 23 minutes of video and 278 hi-res photos and still had room to spare. Being class 6, it saves VERY quickly. I highly recommend! I'll be buying another for our Hawaii cruise this fall, just as a spare.

The 8GB card works exactly as promised. The speed and capacity are just fine. No complaints whatever. Good price and good card.
