Great Keyboard August 1, 2008 Was all that I expected! But came without drivers so had to search on the Net. Bit hard to find as product is discontinued, so link is below. Works on Windows Mobile 5 and Windows Mobile 6 no problem. Note that SIP panel must be "on" otherwise the space bar only registers when it is released instead of depressed, causing mistypes. http://corporate.igo.com/support/Drivers.asp?ManufacturerID=40&ModelID=478
Blackberry 8130/pearl unsupported July 29, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This keyboard feels nice and solid yet there is just no support for my blackberry 8130. It does not seem as though the company has any plans to support it either. I really wish i could of tried it out but my phone remains unsupported.
Works Great with the Tilt (HTC Kaiser) July 12, 2008 I used a non-Bluetooth Stowaway with my previous PDA/phone, a Samsung i700, and this one works just as well. Synched right up with no software install issues. With the Tilt, you don't need the built-in cradle, which pops right off the keyboard. The Bluetooth connectivity is good also, and due to the size of the Tilt, I never have it far away from the keyboard. I liked the way the previous Stowaway keyboard folded and unfolded better than this one...it's somewhat cumbersome, pushing the little release buttons here and there. There were printed instructions taped on the keyboard as to how to open and close it, and when I peeled the label off, a key came off with it! Stupid packaging concept. The key snapped back into place, but it probably is always going to be a weakness. Also, I don't give this keyboard 5 stars because some of the key combos required to create certain characters become perplexing. Battery life seems fine.
Awesome! July 10, 2008 I received my item very quickly and it was brand new, sealed, perfect condition. I've had no problems. I will do business again in the future.
great design- July 7, 2008 I hope someone will keep updating the drivers from WinMobile 5 to Win Mobile 6.1
