 Still going strong... August 18, 2008
I have had this thumb drive for about 6 months now and I haven't had any issues. I use it to carry files back and forth to work that I use daily and this thumb drive never skips a beat. Getting ready to buy another for my wife.
Good storage space, small size, decent construction August 14, 2008
What I like most about this product is the ratio of storage space to price. This device allows me to carry 4 GB worth of data -- a little less than a DVD -- in my pocket. Instead of using multiple smaller drives or flash memory cards for different things, I've migrated to this drive as my all-in-one solution.
The construction is good: it is very light-weight, it feels good in my hand, and the plastic is strong. The cap stays clipped, and when the drive is in use, you can place the cap on the opposite end (as long as it's not attached to a keychain) for safe-keeping. The status light is clearly visible when the device is in use.
I use this on multiple PCs, and it fits every USB port comfortably. I also use it to transfer music and video files from my PC to the drive, and then plug the drive into my Xbox 360 to watch the videos or listen to the music. It works well for that purpose and I have yet to encounter any corrupt files or other read/write errors. The write speed is satisfactory.
This is a quality product for the price.

Its an amazing product and I am a big fan of this. I used the kingston memory before about 5yrs ago I need to purchase one for the college work an it never gave me any problem or data been removed or files give problem in opening never ever not even a single time. Sony is also good but Kingston for me is fantastic. You can trust it with close eyes. The memory that I bought five yrs ago I still use it because it works perfectly fine just like new one and very fast.
I would recomend if you use the instruction how to remove the drive from the computer USB after using its for every USB flash drive I would say you will never have any problem.
I doing degree in Computer science so take my opinion seriously ans the review also if you are going to buy this product.
Everything I said was based on y search and use of this product for so many yrs

Kingston does it, again... August 11, 2008
This is my 3rd usb flash drive, and this is the best of the bunch, especially with the price I got from Amazon.
Not only does thing nearly hold enough info from a DVD disc, but it's quite fast in it's loading times. I use this to carry info between my Mac laptop and my PC desktops and I have yet to find any problems with this thing. The only issue here is that this drive does not include anything else, so you may want to take that band from prior usb drives to hang this thing around your neck since it's quite small. I wouldn't recommend putting it in your pocket because it's very easy to lose.
Kingston has a reputation of developing other solid computer products such as RAM, so I have no doubt that Kingston created another gem.
