4 out of 5 stars Worth the $$   July 8, 2008
I bought this for my SLR camera and its working gr8 and i have no issues with it. The USB reader is handy when i take my laptop that doesnt have the reader..its a good buy for the money...

5 out of 5 stars Check compatibility first   July 6, 2008
This is a super card, but it doesn't work in all cameras. I bought this "SDHC 4GB" chip for my Sony Cybershot DSC-W170 digital camera, but before opening the blister pack I noticed a warning on the box that says "Not all devices support SDHC 4GB cards." I checked with Sony and Sandisk and found the card was not compatible with my Sony. The Extreme III SDHC 2GB card is compatible, but not the 4GB. So check compatibility first with either Sandisk or your device manufacturer before buying the card. You find compatibility charts in the "Support" section of their web page. I have no complaints about the card, which I'll keep to use with my Canon G-9, but for the above model Sony Cybershot however, I had to buy a 4GB "Memory Stick Duo" card, which the camera was designed for to avoid compatibility problems.

5 out of 5 stars Nikon Compatible   July 2, 2008
This well priced, superbly performing product works well with Nikon digital cameras (not all SD memory devices will). Highly recommended and the mini high speed reader is a welcome gift.

5 out of 5 stars For quick shots, this is the card to get   June 29, 2008
If your not familiar with the differences in camera cards these days, i don't blame you. There are so many of them, sometimes you have to consider the card before you consider the camera. In my case I already had the camera and was looking for something that could handle quick succesive shots. I already had an sd card and an sdhc card, but i found them both rather slow at taking succesive shots. I had one of the best digital cameras around, so I knew it wasnt the camera. After reading up I found out that there were different read write speeds. For example the ones you usually find on sale are typically the lowest read write speeds, even if they are four gigs. Even the blue sdhc cards only write at times 5 or 6. This card however blows them away with profesional read write speeds of 15 to 20 megabytes per second. I didn't think it would be all that big a deal at first, but when I got this thing into my camera, it really made the difference. If you have kids, pets, or need to take pictures of fast moving objects, this is the one thats going to give you the performance you need. I highly reccomend this little beast.

5 out of 5 stars Sandisk 4GB SDHC Card w/Micromate Reader   June 26, 2008
Great combination. Glad I got a card with a reader, as my computer was unable to read the SDHC card by itself. Worked fine with the reader. With my new 9.0mp camera, I was filling up 1.0GB cards too fast - the 4.0GB seemed to work well for me (I shoot everything at max resolution, JUST in case I get that "once-in-a-lifetime shot").
