Over the years I've used many small, clip on, battery powered lights for reading in the dark. This is the 1st one I've really liked. This was purchased mainly for a Kindle while reading in bed, it clips right to the back cover, and while tent camping. I really like the fact that it uses LED's which really save on batteries and should far outlast the product. I've yet to change the batteries after many hours. It put's out more than enough light, I find I only have to use the 1 LED setting, further saving battery power. I've used it on books and the Kindle, and with it's flexible neck and light weight, I forget it's there.
Just a very nice, useful product for those who need to read in the dark.

This is a superb little book light - a great deal of flexibility (no pun intended) and a well-thought out clip design makes this the finest book light I have seen.
The long, flexible head allows perfect adjustability. Three AAA battery power makes for simple battery changes. Two brightness levels for whatever you need. Not only that - but it folds up into a neat little package when traveling.
I bought this for my Kindle, but would be pleased to use it for any book.

I ordered this book light because it was suggested for use with the Kindle. I ordered both together on February 4th, 2008. I received the Mighty Bright Light within days and I'm still waiting for the Kindle.
The light is brighter and has a larger area than my previous light. Therefore once adjusted it does not need to be continually repositioned to read a page of text. It has two brightness settings. The large clip softly attaches to a book and is very stable.
I enjoy using this light and hope to be able to use it with my Kindle in the near future.

I've bought several different reading lights and none of them were very good. My husband always compained that they were too bright if I tried to read in bed but with this light there weren't any compaints. It's very flexible and bends as close to the page as you'd like. Now when my Kindle finally comes I'll have the perfect light for that also.

I purchased this to use with my Kindle (which I have not received yet) but am using it to read my paperbacks and magazines in low or no light while waiting.
It has two settings (there are 2 bulbs in it). I find even on the "low" setting (1 bulb) it emits decent lighting that does not strain my eyes.
The neck is very flexible and can be contorted in any number of configurations very easily and the light spreads across both pages of my paperback *and* the larger pages of my magazines.
I am very pleased with this light..so much so I ordered a second one for to use with my laptop to light the keys late at night.
