| Customer Reviews:
Fine case for a PowerShot camera March 3, 2008 I bought this case for the Canon A720IS I was getting at Amazon, and after a few months' use I can say it's well made, protects the camera well, and fits my USB cable inside too. The price was right and I'm a happy customer.
Good case, but D-Res 10AW is probably a better choice for most. March 1, 2008 This is a great case, it looks nice. It is not meant to carry all your gear though. For most an extra set of batteries should cover more than enough picture time with one of the Canon A series, especially if you are running 2300MaH or better cells.
However I have two bags I used with my A70, A620 and now A650IS. Since the A650IS is slightly bigger my D-Res 10AW fits it even better, has room for a couple sets of batteries and memory cards. The biggest bonus is it has a built-in rain coat.
For my main bag I have a D-Res 50AW. The 50 can hold my 10AW bag, my charger, a small tripod, more batteries, pretty much everything I need. It also has a rain coat. both these bags can be belt carried if you want.
I leave my 50AW in my room and just carry the 10AW. With 3 sets of batteries I have enough for all my shots, if I do run out (say my batteries are bad), finding 4 AA's is usually simple anywhere in the world.
Nice Simple Case March 1, 2008 This case is just right for what I was looking for. I recently purchased the Canon Powershot A720 camera, and was looking for a good deal on a simple case for it. This case holds the camera perfectly and has a small pocket to hold extra batteries. The back also has a small strap that you could loop a belt through or hook something through. If you are looking for something to hold cords and tons of extra batteries then this probably isn't for you, but if you just need a simple basic carrying case this one is ideal.
Discreet and Elegant but must wear a belt. February 22, 2008 I like it because you can carry the camera in a very discreet and elegant form. It is made by materials of the first quality and I hope it will last much time.
I only say that you must use a belt to go out with the camera. I'd like it came with a cord so you can take it using the shoulders. For example, you go to the park and wolud like to wear that new sports clothes... both case and camera must go inside the backpack.
Perfect for my needs February 17, 2008 I purchased the PSC-85 camera case to house my Canon Powershot A650. The camera fits in the case perfectly. It is very easy to slide the camera in & out of the case. There is room for an extra memory card or possibly 2 AA batteries. It fits nicely in my purse. It has a loop for a belt or fanny pack. In addition, I have a slightly larger camera case which I use to store or transport my camera & accessories. The PSC-85 slim design allows me to leave my A650 in the case when I use the larger case. I don't have to remove the camera from the PSC-85 inorder to make it fit in the larger case which is added protection for the camera. I am very satisfied with this purchase and would reccomend The Canon PSC-85 highly.
