Adobe has forgotten about the mac June 2, 2008 8 out of 9 found this review helpful
I cannot recommend this product due to these reasons: - It takes over your entire primary screen with no option to resize. - If you have a dual monitor setup like I have, there is no way to move the app to your second monitor - Clicking on the desktop on the second monitor or in fact in any other application causes Elements to hide itself on the primary (this is awful behaviour for a desktop application) - Use keyboard shortcuts to move around in Spaces... come back to the space with Elements.. and guess what, it has disappeared.
These may not sound like much, but when you're used to operating in multiple applications in multiple windows, this behaviour is extremely detrimental to productivity not to mention highly infuriating.

First time photoshop user. It has lots of nice features but not exactly intuitively friendly. I'm struggling to learn the features I'm interesting in. It would be great if a training video was included. I think I'm going to really like Photoshop once I learn the basics.
Great Product - Adobe PSE 6 June 1, 2008 This is another great product from Adobe. I've been a PSE user since version 2.0 and each upgrade has significant benefits from the earlier versions. This one is no exception. I am amazed at what you get for the money!
Does exactly what I needed May 30, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have been using Elements for years in a PC. Now I have a Mac and needed the Mac version. V6 works very well and has some very useful new features, not too many to be complicated. There is a variety of help available, both online and in the menu. No hang-ups either, excellent value!
Wonderful low cost photo editing May 30, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Having used photoshop and been intimated by it, I found Photoshop Elements to be both intuitive and exceptional at editing photos. Because this is so easy to use, I run nearly all of my digital camera pictures through this software. Sometimes I just use the auto adjust feature, other times I crop, redirect the light sources, frame, add captions, resize, or create collages.
When I'm done I upload them to snapfish to share with friends and family, or I print them out. Many people have thought my cropped, edited photos were professional, they really do come out that good!
