5 out of 5 stars Slick bag with lots of space!   August 15, 2008
The camera bag is simply great. Even though it looks modest, trying to fill it up has proven to be quite the effort. It fits two small SLRs (Rebel XS N and Rebel XT), the congruent lenses (35-80mm, 18-55mm, respectively) plus a 50mm prime. Add backup battery, filter case, cables, memory cards, film, manual, discs, flashlight, and my homemade cable release. It will take another couple of lenses to fill it up.
Very intelligent usage of space, and velcro separators offer incredible flexibility. I love the 'LCD protector' for being able to wipe anything clean with it (it's longer than the bag's width, so no issue reaching outside of the case, as it is attached to it). The weather protection pouch is well hidden when not in need, and does it's job well, yet the only gripe (and I'm really just nitpicking here) is that it's hard to fold it back up and stick it in its compartment without having a bulge.
I've been able to lay my smaller tripod under the flap, and secure it that way.

5 out of 5 stars Exceeds expectations   March 16, 2008

As the title of this review states, this camera bag truly does exceed my expectations of what it would be, and that's really saying something.

To begin, here's why I bought the bag:
Some time in december, I purchased the nikon D40 camera. Since then, I have added a couple lenses to my collection. For quite some time, I've gone on my little "photo adventures" with my D40 around my neck, with one primary lens attached, and maybe one more lens and other accessories in my pant pockets. Eventually, I realized the fact of the matter: I needed a bag to carry my stuff. I didn't even realize how much I was limiting myself by carrying things around in my pockets. So, continuing the story, I visited several popular bag manufacturer websites and browsed through their selections. My goal was to find a bag that could fit everything I needed to, and maybe a little bit more for future purchases, but something not ridiculously expensive (since I'm only an amateur/hobbyist at this point). I ended up going with this bag, the Lowepro Rezo 180 AW.

One thing that I'd like to mention, although it has little to do with the bag itself, is the seller I purchased this from. I purchased the bag from "Sell-N-Send" through amazon. I got the bag brand new, for nearly half the list price. The shipping was free, and I got it only 5 days after my order placement. They even threw in a lowepro memory card wallet for free. I highly recommend Sell-N-Send.

Anyway, on to the bag. At first sight, the bag appears rather small. Looks are deceiving. I'm amazed by how much gear I can fit into this little bag (hence the title of this review). I'm able to fit the following:

-Nikon D40 with Nikon 60mm f/2.8D AF Micro-Nikkor Lens for Nikon Digital SLR Cameras
-Nikon 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G ED II AF-S DX Nikkor Zoom Lens (Nikon D40 kit lens)
-Sigma 70-300mm f/4-5.6 DG APO Macro Telephoto Zoom Lens for Nikon SLR Cameras
-Pentax K1000 body, my old, fully manual, film SLR.
-135mm f/2.8 Pentax lens. This baby is old, so don't bother looking it up. I use it with the Pentax K1000 for film photography. It's almost identical in size to the 60mm Nikkor, if you're familiar with that.
-50mm f/2 Pentax lens. Just like above, this is used with the K1000.
-Memory cards and film
-Various other smallish accessories
I had to rearrange the velcro separators quite a bit to get all of that to fit, but everything is still very protected.
I was absolutely thrilled that I could even fit my film photography gear (the K1000 and mentioned lenses), because I do that almost as much as digital.
I still haven't filled the entire bag, and now that I think of it, I could probably even fit my compact digital camera as well.

The built in microfiber cleaning cloth is awesome to have. It doesn't feel like the other microfiber cloth that I own.. it looks and feels more like silk.. but it works just as well. Takes smudges off of lenses and the camera's LCD very easily.

The shoulder strap is longer than I had expected, and that's a good thing for me, because I'm relatively tall. It shouldn't be TOO long for anyone, but it's truly a perfect fit for me.

I wouldn't exactly call the bag "sleek," but it looks nicer than I thought it would... Let me put it this way: I don't feel like a complete dork walking around with it, wherever I go.

The built in "AW (all weather)" protection system works well.

Not much more to say. I'm very happy that I bought this bag. I have much smoother access to all of my gear than I used to. And really, I mean ALL of my gear! Good price, good quality. I probably wouldn't recommend this for people that own higher end DSLR models like the Nikon D200/D300, or the Canon 40D. It just won't fit those as well as it fits my little nikon d40. To any other amateur DSLR owner, I would highly recommend this bag.

Thanks for reading my review.
