Lowepro never lets you down. April 8, 2008 0 out of 3 found this review helpful
This is a very comfortable bag. Holds everything you would need for a day trip, or longer. The side entry is handy for quick pics. Over all a very solid bag. This is the only backpack I would ever own.
Great photography backpack for just about everyone. April 6, 2008 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
This backpack is ideal for me, it carries all the gear I need and lets me access my camera on the go. My usual field setup includes: Gripped DSLR, 70-200 f2.8L (attached), 3 extra lenses and a flash unit and/or a spare body (no lens) in the padded section, my 14 inch notebook in the padded notebook pocket, tons of miscellaneous stuff in huge top section. Not only that, but with the harness it feels like I'm not even wearing a backpack, even when it's fully loaded with 25lbs+ of gear. All this and it's just small enough to carry-on domestic and most international flights.
Lowepro has exceeded my expectations once again.
my own March 21, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I ran across this Fastpack at the PMA08 Convention here in Las Vegas and wanted to purchase it right then and there but couldnt. So I waited about 2 weeks and ran across the 350 on Amazon and ordered it. It has all the functionality that I was looking for. It incorporates my small form factor 12in laptop in the back with plenty of padding and quick access to my DLSR. I have had this on my back for hours and it doesnt get uncomfortable when properly adjusted. I am very pleased with the design. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has been wondering if its worth it.
Fastpack 350 Review March 21, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This backpack was exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for a bag that I could carry my Canon XTi, 430EX, 50mm f/1.8, and Tamron 18-200 lens. I am also able to carry my Canon HV-20 also. I have two little kids 1 and 3 and being able to carry my camera gear and a few of the required items I need to take with me anytime we are out and about for my kids fit perfectly into the top of this bag. Now I am also someday beable to get a 70-200mm f/2.8 IS L lens from canon and hoping that it will fit into this bag attached. I have used this bag to take my son to the zoo and it was great being able to get to my camera fast.
Now the only reason I did not rate this as 5 stars was because my camera is smaller that the 40D so it has a lot of play in the main compartment. Which I plan to fix with a little modification. Also it would have been nice to have more velcro in the bag for moving the deviders around.

Fits my ThinkPad with the extended oversize battery well with room for power adapter in with laptop. Plenty of camera room and the top compartment carries all my tools, cables, cds/dvds, iPod, headphones, etc.. Comfortable even with all the weight from all the gear.
