Really rocks! September 8, 2008
Very well done! I have not played a comparable game (like Guitar Hero) but I know that Rock Band really gets the team effort going so it adds to the excitement. Another reason that I chose Rock Band is because it doesn't have blatant Satanic characters in it like I read about in Guitar Hero. In my humble opinion, less Satan means more family fun!

Wii Rock Band best deal is here on am amazon, and trust me, i've looked. This game covers all the elements of a band, instrumentally, and songwise it leaves no generation gaps- alternative rock wise. On the Xbox and PS3 wii rock band has download capabilities, on wii you gotta buy more volumes to get more songs - A for effoert wii
The band never sleeps September 3, 2008
Comes with picture instructions and very easy to set up. Took some time and was a little difficult to calibrate (synchronizing the audio and visuals) initially on our home LCD tv. However, when taken over to other people's houses, there was no need to calibrate. Overall, gameplay remains consistent. But the microphone seems to be desensitive sometimes. Very entertaining and will keep you busy for hours.

A lot better gaming choice for the family August 31, 2008
We own guitar Hero and Rockband. This is a lot better choice for the family for 2 major reasons. First, the graphics on Guitar Hero are terrible. They are not appropriate for kids. Second, on Rock Band lets you play longer before you get booed off, giving the smaller kids more of a chance to figure the game out. Beyond these two major things it is just a lot of fun for everyone, with several features that we enjoy!
