5 out of 5 stars Deserves the accolades!   July 28, 2008

SMG merits the high rating it has received from other reviewers. The game is proof that software written for the Wii employs all of the advantages of the platform. Games ported to Wii lack the utility of Wii based sw and often suffer from clunkiness compared to the experience on the primary system. The bottom line is that this game is a winner for the Wii!

4 out of 5 stars Galaxy is entertaining for one or two players   July 28, 2008
My family is enjoying Super Mario Galaxy. The graphics are terrific. Sometimes I feel like I am standing on my head! I like the way the remote and the nunchuck make the character maneuver around the board. I wish you could save your game a little more frequently. Sometimes I have to leave the game before I have reached another level, but the more familiar I get with the game, the better it goes. I would recommend this game for variety and fun!

5 out of 5 stars Challenging, but still very,very,very,fun!   July 24, 2008

Super Mario Galaxy is fun, fun, fun! Not as challenging if you've beaten other Mario games, but even if you have'nt, the first parts aren't very hard. I play it for hours!

2 out of 5 stars Not impressive in any way.   July 24, 2008

I really don't understand the appeal of this game. There is nothing impressive or original in this game. The control is terrible. You'll waste a lot of time falling off of the edges of the planets into outer space and starting all the way over. The graphics are fine for the Wii but the Wii is really just a gamecube. You spend most of your time running around and jumping on beetles or shooting stars into marshmellow aliens mouths. I'm pretty much the only person I know that doesn't like this game so you'll probably love it but I just had to say something.

5 out of 5 stars Very Great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   July 22, 2008

This game is just spectacular!!!!!!!!!! What I love about it is that it's not hard. you can just take it out of the box and play it. I'm not the best at it so I love that I can just pick it up and have fun with it. There's lots of different Mario "people" you can turn into upon picking up a special mushroom or something like that. For example there's fire Mario, bee Mario, ice Mario, rainbow Mario and boo Mario. (boo Mario is a ghost Mario.) This game never gets boring at all! This game isn't worth deciding over. it's completely worth it. BUY IT!!!!!!!
