Broke My TV! February 12, 2007 6 out of 34 found this review helpful
I was playing with this thing and it flew right out of my hand and broke my BRAND SPANKING NEW TV. Cracked right down the middle. Definitely learned my lesson. I will never play the Nintendo Wii with baby oil on the controller.
Everyone needs more Wiimotes! February 8, 2007 3 out of 12 found this review helpful
If you have a Wii, multiplayer is great! If you don't have a Wii, GET ONE!

it's essential to have enough controllers in order to enjoy the wii, and I received mine from Amazon quite quickly.
Wonderful Wii Remote January 19, 2007 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
Some may think the Wii remote is overpriced, but it is an impressive piece of engineering (the "smarts" is in the remote - not in the sensor bar).
I strongly recommend checking the strap (just got my replacement straps from Nintendo) on a regular basis, and putting a silicone controller glove on the remote helps to keep it from slipping.
I'm curious to see if third parties add Wii remotes to the mix, but the Nintendo one does just fine. Now I'm just waiting for the "shotgun shell" they showed initially...
Revolutionary January 19, 2007 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
I've been playing computer and video games for over 2 decades now, and this amazing controller is re-energizing game-play for the first time in years. Old game-play concepts are fun again, and more importantly, a multitude of new game-play concepts have been, and will be, invented to utilize the Wiimote. The force-feedback, plus the small speaker make even mundane things like rolling over a menu button *feel* "real". The first time you swing the Wii remote as your racket in Wii Sports Tennis, you'll realize gaming will never be the same again.
