This is a strong, yet small, hi speed, large memory, awesome looking drive. I like the high speed because I like playing audio files from it and with non-hi speed drives you just cant do that. The pop out connector locks in place witch is nice. Overall tho, it is a very nice drive and definably worth the money.

I was looking for a pair of pen drives to use with my linux system to make nightly backups. The Jetflash drives I had originally purchased (elsewhere) had intermittent failures apparently associated with linux even though they were in MSDOS format. The cruzer titaniums have been written to every other night for a month and have worked flawlessly. I like the way the titaniums retract so there is no plastic cover to crack or lose. I do worry about dirt getting into the connections because they are not sealed as they would be with a conventional cover, but haven't had any such problems yet.

I had not used a flash drive before but, I fumbled my way around until I figured it out. This is not just a simple flash drive as it offers much more with programming installed to do other applications of which I haven't taken the time to find out about yet. Someone that is more computer savvy could give you a better idea. Sorry, I wish I could tell you more.I just know that it worked for what I needed it for and I am happy with it.

Pros:
-4gb
-U3 (I do make use of this to a great extent so to me it is a pro)
-sturdier than the cruzer 2gb I owned before I KO'd it
-very sleek design
-nice blue "active" light; prefer over the orange light from the regular cruzer
-cheap (I paid more for my 2gb when I bought it just over a year ago)
Cons:
-Feels more flimsy than 2gb titanium my brother owns
-Did not come with the "geek strap" that was reinforced for the titaniums (had to swipe the regular strap from my dead 2gb cruzer)
-Did not come with the belt clip
I can live without the clip, but had I known that it did not come with titanium's strap I would have most likely looked elsewhere.

the SanDisk 4 GB Cruzer Titanium USB Flash Drive is an awesome product, I I highly recommend it. The casing is strong. and it is fast enough to up-load whole movies in it.
