5 out of 5 stars Awesome thumbdrive   August 1, 2007
Couldn't have come at a better time. Been using it a lot with Linux and Windows. Very fast transfer rates and 4 Gigs is quite a bit of data to carry. I'm now considering a much larger version. Perhaps even the 16 Gig variety.

5 out of 5 stars HOT!!   July 30, 2007
It works like a charm. A lot of space, at a very reasonable price.

i would buy another one. i recommended this product to my friends

5 out of 5 stars Nifty little gadget   July 26, 2007

This is a really nifty little gadget. It has enough storage to replace a whole pile of CDs or DVDs which is handy if one is traveling.

It would be nice if the cover attached to the body in some way. (Put the cover where you won't bump it off the work surface.)

It's also a bit more cantankerous to use with Windows 2000 Professional than with Windows XP Professional, but that's not the drive's fault. Note that Windows 2000 Professional will recognize it but one can't use "Send" to copy a file to the drive. It's necessary to use drag-and-drop. This is a bit scary at first as drag-and-drop usually moves a file but in the case of this drive it copies the file. Oddly enough one CAN use "Send" to copy a file FROM the drive TO the computer.

If you're thinking of buying one of these order now! Amazon's price is well below anyone else's but they've been slowly raising it. I looked at $39.95, bought at $40.98 and now it's $42.95.

5 out of 5 stars Flash Drive is Great   July 24, 2007

I love this flash drive. It was so easy to use. I am a computer nerd and I previously tried to save my pictures to a disk but found it impossible. Now with the flash drive, I was able to download all the pictures from my computer and save them on this flash drive. I have already recommended it to family members.

4 out of 5 stars it works fine   July 22, 2007

my only comment is on the USB plug cover. more recent models from other
manufactures have a plug slider; thus reducing the chance that
the cover may get lost.
