3 out of 5 stars Learn2 Training Complete Only For Beginners   June 2, 2008
If you have never used Office before or you are a beginner, then this product may assist you. If, however, you are looking for something a little more advance then you should look elsewhere. This software only includes beginner stuff

3 out of 5 stars Learn2 Training Complete MS Office 2007 & Vista CDs   April 5, 2008

I bought this because I needed to have some quick insight to Vista & Office 2007. This is good if you are already familiar with previous versions of MS Office (2003 or 2000).

On each CD, they give you previous versions of the software.
The CDs are listed this way when you get them:

1 Access 2000/2002/2003/2007 &
Outlook 2002 scheduling & emailing/Intro 2003/Intro 2007
(extra on CD OneNote 2003)

2 Excel 2000/2002/2003/2007 & Project 98 & 2000
(extra on CD InfoPath 2003)

3 Word & PowerPoint 2000/2002/2003/2007
(extra on the same CD is Visio 2003 & Publisher 2000 & 2003)

4 Windows 98/2000/XP/Vista

5 Learn Web Development - Extras on CD
FrontPage 2000/2002/2003
HTML 4 & Dynamic HTML Volume 1
Java Intro & Javascript Volume 1
Visual Basic 2003 Fundamentals
Adobe Elements 2.0/Acrobat 6 Fundamentals
Digital Photography Fundamentals

What I liked is it gives you the basics of the software in each version of the software. I would recommend it to novices, beginners, and those who need to refresh or just get some basics down, especially when it comes to Vista & Office 2007.

Mind you, this only gives you the intro and not the intermediate or advanced versions. For that you might want to look at www.keystonelearning.com or www.learnkey.com for those levels. But to just get you up and running and not to be dependent on one or two people in the office, these CDs aren't bad. Remember, you can play them over & over until you're sick of them . . . they never get sick of you!! LOL!!! And don't forget to get some good headphones in case you're doing this at odd hours of the day or night!!

This will give you a good start & a good idea if you want to go on to the intermediate & advanced levels of MS Office software. This was worth the money because I'll be able to give it to those flies in the ointment and keep them out of my hair in the office!!

I'm very familiar with other Microsoft products but wanted to learn all the ins and outs of Vista. Well, Learn2 Training Complete teaches you how to open a program, save a program, how to print preview and other VERY basic things that if you knew how to use in past Microsoft Offices, you would know how to use in Vista. It says no where on the box that this is the very basic information one needs to know to operate Office 2007. In fact, it says right in the title "Training Complete" which to me sounds like I would learn more that just how to open a program. I can say I picked up a few pointers, but I was overall VERY disappointed with the "training."

this is excellent and teaches you step by step in a video that shows us the programs. It also has chapter review quizzes. It is very easy to use and very easy to understand. It has old office program versions and the new versions too. I'm happy I purchased this and I would recommended this to friends who want to learn computer programs for their career.
