Fun, but not much better than Dogz3 December 9, 1999 Dogz 4 is lots of fun for kids & grown-ups, if you are new to the world of PETZ. But if you already have Dogz 3, you should think twice before upgrading to 4. Dogz 4 does not have that many new features, and the voice recognition feature is not that great. Plus you lose some of the clothes & toys that you had in 3. Dogz 3 is just as much fun as 4, so save yourself the $$.
Dogz/Catz 2 December 6, 1999 This "game" as it's called, is tons of fun! You must care for, and give attention to various breeds of cats and dogs. It's just like a real pet, except that it can't scratch your furniture or mess up your carpet. If you don't care for each and every pet, they will run away. The "pets" can even play together! Other programs in the same genre include "Oddballz" and the new "Babyz". You're sure to find something for everyone, and have the joys of having a pet or a baby without the expense.
A BOW! WOW! OF A TIME November 30, 1999 I REALLY LOVED IT ALMOST REALISTIC WITH OUT THE MESS. GREAT FOR KIDS WHO WANT A DOG WITH OUT THE HASSLE AND FOR THE PARENT WHO ENDS UP DOING EVERYTHING. GRAPIHICS OUTSTANDING, VIDEO GREAT, AND SOUND WONDERFULL. A PERFECT PACKAGE FOR ANY BODY THAT LIKES DOGS.
Great fun for kids! November 17, 1999 53 out of 57 found this review helpful
Petz is a wonderful "game" that my daughters enjoy very much. Petz interacts with them via computer mouse -- you pet them, feed them, and play with them. Even Mom and Dad have gotten in on the fun! This has been their favorite game! One word of caution - each time you access the game and don't give attention to each pet that you've adopted, they know. Some of ours have run away, which upset my 5 year old. Just like in real life, don't have more pets than you can handle.
