I am very disappointed in the product. Since purchasing it yesterday, I have had my computer crash several times with "Serious System Error" whenever I need to switch discs to view graphics online. I am also extremly disappointed to find that there are practically NO PEOPLE OF COLOR in their photo graphics (there were 1233 Christmas Photos and I could count on one hand the number of ethnic themes). If you are looking for a diverse blend to make your projects for church, holidays, etc., don't waste your tiime on this product -- GOOGLE your graphics and save your money.
Dosn't Work for Windows Xp Spanish version November 7, 2006

I haven't been able to use it, after browsing the web I realized that this product dosn't work for international versions of windows xp other than english. The system requirements did not mention anything about it neether specs on the product page. After sendindig an E mail complaining about this situation, they answered me the same thing I already knew.

I am very pleased with my Print Shop program...I owned Print Shop Deluxe 6 for several years. I used the program to make booklets. The booklet included 12 monthly calendars, medications, and scheduled Dr. appointments and other things. My Doctor liked them so well I have been making the booklets for him for several years now that he gives to his other patients. The new program works just as well. The only problem that I may have is a $[...] rebate coupon that came with the purchase. I recieved a letter saying I did not include my UPC code which I know I did. I called them and they told me the problem was taken care of..but it will be several months before I recieved my rebate..Only time will tell.

I just purchsed this after having an older version of Print Shop which I liked - I mostly wanted a 'ruler' and better graphics options. I am so upset. I got the ruler, alright. That's the only 'plus' in the whole mess. It takes forever to boot it up every time I use it (I downloaded all 4 discs, but I had plenty of space) and although there are lots more graphics, they're childish and stupid - and many of them can be found by a quick search in 'google imgaes.'
But what I really dispise is that you can't place an 'out of the program' graphic onto your project page until you put it into your 'my graphics' folder - which is attached to THEIR graphics folder. Then you have to close the folder after each graphic you place. So you go back and forth, back and forth and it's as painful and confusing as trying to figure out what I'm trying to explain!
If I could say ONE thing about this program, it would be RUN LIKE A BUNNY!

This program still doesn't work, the last two art CD's won't install, the user manual is worthless and confusing, I don't have time to spend 8 hours just trying to figure out how to make an address label! I am trying to import the graphics of the 2 art CD's that come with the install CD and no way, they just won't install. I have had a previous broderbund with 10,000 clickart images and worked fine. This one I'd like to take back if it wasn't already opened. I would not recommend.
