Unnervingly bad customer service and technical support make this product more than just a waste of money. This product will cost you time and effort. I suggest Palo Alto software's Market Plan Pro and Ad Plan Pro as an alternative.
Please, don't suffer what I had to at the hands of these amateurs!

I doubt that the first reviewer wasn't on the staff of a competitor. This is a very good program and is very user-friendly. The menus are well laid out and the interface is smooth. The marketing ideas recommended are time-proven and effective. There are no fadish or gimmicky marketing tools here. Just practical and well presented information. Good job JIAN!

I found Marketing Builder to be a product that was not very reliable or helpful in building my marketing plans. I usually wasted more time with the software then writing. I'd recommend using a different marketing plan software.

I haven't used this product yet but my friend told me that it got his marketing off to a great start. he was just an entry-level marketer and now he has clients from around the state trying to get his product. Hopefully this software will do the same for mine.
