This product is very easy to use. It is very user friendly, and offers several different ways of visualizing your finances. Two thumbs up.

Microsoft's money plus is by far one of the best money programs for recording your finances. It's simple, yet complex enough to do almost anything you need to do. With great graphics and charts to show you where your money goes. I highly recommend this product for the serious Money trackers out there.

I purchased this product months ago and when I attempted to install it on my computer at home it informed me that my product key was invalid. After emailing the customer "support" people numerous times, I was told that the ONLY way to resolve this issue was to call a long distance number and talk to a live customer service rep. Reluctantly, I took off work early one afternoon (as the customer "support" office is only open on weekdays and closes before I usually get home from work) and called the long distance number. After @15 minutes on hold (long distance) I was able to speak with a person who (using the information that I had emailed repeatedly) was able to generate an "override code." He told me that he would email it to me in a few minutes. I hung up with him and got the email a few minutes later. You guessed it - didn't work! I paid good money for this software and cannot even get it registered and after 20+ emails and now a long distance phone call, I am no closer to using this software than you are - and you haven't even bought it yet! Take my advice DON'T buy it - save yourself the grief. You have been warned!

To use all the features and get instructions on how to use this confusing software you need to go online. However, sometimes the site is up and sometimes it is down. Not good. The instructions are vague and it is hard to find answers to questions. Perhaps they assume you already know how to use this kind of software. Not all banks are supported for downloading information. I was disappointed. If the stars align correctly it is an OK product. Unfortunately, that is rarely the case.

Microsoft's worst product since Windows 95. This offers very little in the way of imporovement over Money 2007, but it takes FOREVER to download updated information and process it -- at lest 4-5 times longer than does mone 2007. Unfortunately, if you are a Money User, it looks like Microsoft is holding you hostage. Our Money 2007 no longer updates properly -- yet Money 2008 did (after 10 minutes). This is highway robbery. If they're going to monkey wrench their own past products to get you to pay $30 to upgrade, the new stuff should perform at least as well as the old. That's not the case.
If your past verion of Money is still working, don't bother sending Redmond a dime for this POJ.
