 Word 2007 is remarkable May 8, 2008
Microsoft Home and Student 2007 is a surprise right off the bat, with a totally different look than 2003. I recommend taking a product tour or going through a tutorial--there are a lot of changes! Microsoft has attempted to make the programs easier to use by presenting icons in tabs when you need to perform a certain task. Word 2007: As a student currently working on a master's degree, I was very pleased to see the Bibliography help and being able to choose APA formatting. It is helpful when listing citations in a References section. Word now has some Publisher characteristics, which is good because Publisher does not come in this version.

Office 2000 upgrade to Office Home and Student 2007 May 6, 2008
After using M.S. Office 2000 thru the years decided to upgrade, but no need for the high cost and all the options in the full Office program.
Office Home and Student price reasonable and meets my needs. After getting used to the Icon controls and finding some or the options that have been moved to other locations and many of the new features that have been included I find the program very easy to use and well layed out.

I not only like this product and all of it's new features (being able to scroll through fonts/font sizes and see them as they would appear in my document vs actually changing the font manually to see how it would look was one of the first and most useful things I noticed) but I love that it can be put on multiple computers. I am a mother of 5 and we have 7 computers. It sucks to spend so much money on certain programs and then have to choose who gets to use it.I also like how easy it is to save projects in different formats so that people with older versions of word can still open them easily (file: save as option). I would highly recommend this product.
