My 9 yr old son enjoyed it at first, seems like playing a game. He has now figured out that he is "learning" and it isn't as much fun. It does teach typing, but I wish there was more mandatory practice before moving on to the next group of letters and more emphasis on proper posture/sitting/finger position. Overall, I'm glad I purchased it and my son is learning how to type without hunting and pecking.
