4 out of 5 stars Dungeon Runners - the humor is outrageous!   November 3, 2008
This game is wonderfully hilarious! It doesn't take itself too seriously and revels in the outrageous. You are not limited by what choices of characters you make in the beginning, since you can buy the skills of any class and combine them to make a totally different type of character.
Humor is found abundantly in the game and in all shapes, sizes and forms. It is basically a FREE game, but if you become a member (very cheap btw), you get access to the better loot and other special bonus's. It is THE best FREE game available if you ask me. If you're a member, it is still one of the top 5 out there. Take a peak and enjoy!

5 out of 5 stars For the Adult in all of us   October 6, 2008
Avenge the deaths of the Polluteers.

Find a mad dogs stolen chew toy.

Talk to the scantily clad amazonian women that sells great items at a discount and buys items for the best price in townston.

Pwn some noobies at PVP

All this and much more comes with this game.

With this box you get a 6 month subscription to dungeon runners. A gnome that craps gold and items. Exteel (another wonderful game buy NCsoft).

This game has got to be seen to be believed. It makes fun of everything and anything. It is like playing fallout except third person (extremely adjustable camera by the way) role playing game(RPG).

Not meant for the immature though. Don't buy this game for your kids unless #1 they are already playing it. #2 You don't mind them being immersed in adult humor.

This game is updated about 1 time a month or so. So there is always new content coming in. New weapons , armor , quests , dungeons and miscellaneous great features.

It will also run on pretty much any computer that has windows XP or Vista installed on it. The minimum requirements are just that low and keeping getting lower as they fine tune the game.

Notes about the subscription:
You keep the gnome and can still have him as your traveling buddy even after you subscription has ran out.
It adds on to any existing subscription or account and can be used on a totally new account too.

4 out of 5 stars Fun game   September 22, 2008
My nine year old son and his friends love this game. I have to say the Bling Gnome is pretty fun. Anything that can pooh gold is pretty fun for a nine year old.

3 out of 5 stars Great for the money   August 26, 2008

I wanted a game I could walk away from. This game allows it really well, for little money. It seems to keep track well. And, you can use some way point scroll where you are, go back to a town. Time stands still in the towns. You can do a lot on your own, or join groups. I found you can join groups letting them know you will drop out at any given moment (family life, real life takes precedent) and there are groups that go for that. It means I can play, and get up and do what I need to, and get out and about, without worrying about it.

It also means I can limit my play without concern. I never tried a different online game. This one is cheap, and I have family members who either play the paid or free versions, so can group up with them when online. There is a way to do headsets and actually talk with them while playing, even though we all live thousands of miles apart. Kinda neat. Especially when we accidently discover each other playing in the social list.

It is a little repetitive in ways. But, I heard much the same about World of Warcraft, and it costs 3x as much to play.

1 out of 5 stars Highly repetitive   August 16, 2008
The retail game allows you to access more gear and the Bling gnome who keeps you from having to carry so much stuff....but the game really is the same thing over and over....got bored after a week.
