VideoWave took all the joy out of buying a new computer system. The problems are unsolvable. I am grateful for the reviews. Now I know I am not alone and I can stop banging my head up against the wall trying to make it work. Glad I found out in time to return it.

I bought VideoWave 4 with my Dell Dimension 8200. Don't waste your time or money trying to get this product to work, it won't! Just go to their website FAQs and you'll see the numerous unresolved customer problems. If you want a consumer oriented editing package, buy Pinnacle Studio.

I tried for months to get Videowave to work, matching the audio and video. I've discovered it's a flawed product. Buy VideoFactory instead. It works and is easier to use.

Par for the course for Roxio products. Great box, Great list of features, and nothing works as advertised. Wish I worked somewhere else, but dam the pay is good!

I had VW 4.0 with my Dell. Worked ok, but I wanted other features, thinking VW 5 might have them I got it. WRONG. After installation I couldn't capture any video no matter what I tried. The company website refers you to FAQs with tons of people who all have the same problem, some of whom responded to my emails that they never did get good help! You can write an email with the problem, it's been day 3 and I still haven't heard back, or you can call, but get this, they want 20.00 each time you call to talk with someone!!! Lets see, make a bad product, then charge people to call? I recommend people who read this tell others not to buy from this company.
