Based on the packaging and the information I could find, this software should be able to take my DVDs and convert them to various formats so I can watch them on my computer and IPOD. However, the first problem with this software is that it comes with no manual, and I could not find any help online. Then when I tried to use it I found that if your DVD is protected (and most are) it will not work. So I got online and found freeware that would copy the DVD to my computer. I then tried to use this again, and it still would not work. I have since found much superior software online, and it comes with support. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!!!!!!!!

Avoid this... I have all of the system requirements for this product and it loaded after some time. However, the only part of the program that worked was the home screen. I looked on the Roxio webpage for help but there is no help for this product listed. Looking at the help database for the listed products makes me think that the majority of their software is buggy and they feel any proplems are the hardware manufacture's fault. I've used many types of video editing software and this is the worst experiance I've had. I think I will avoid Roxio in the future.
