Beware: Horrible support! August 11, 2008 BEWARE! I had difficulty installing this software on my Windows Vista machine. Never was able to get it done. Called their support desk and was told to email my problem to a support email address they gave me. Correspondence through that was horrible. Delayed, slow responses, inaccurate information. Nobody would just pick up the phone and call me, and would not help me through the install on the phone when I called. Because of the delays in email responses, I ran past my 30 day return date.....so they would not take my return! Their fault, not mine...and they still wouldn't take it! Never did get it installed, and can't even find a buyer for $20. I warn you to think twice about buying this product - regardless of how much you pay for it.
Simple to use! July 22, 2008 Although you should be able to find more featured products on the market. This is one of the simplest to use products with all the necessary key features. Most of the professional people may want to use higher-end products but for me it is no-frill and intuitive to use product for my purpose. By the way I am a sort of savvy in Silicon Valley.
No complaints so far December 9, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I was kinda flipping the coin when i came across this, and I thought i'd just give it a shot until i return it cuz they give you 30 day money back gaurantee. Turned out this is a little giant that pretty much gives you everything you need. I never heard of Namo, but it looks like they've been around for quite a while. It's sometimes a little complicated to figure out here and there, but most of the features are really powerful and user friendly. It's not perfect and we still need something in the middle of FrontPage and those crappy software out there, but for now I'll totally settle with Namo. Good stuff.

pretty much what they say it is other than the annoying display that comes on every time you start your computer
