I purchase this item to sync my PDA and it messed up my data and also changed all the client's date of birth to 1971, because the system doesn't allow to go beyond 1970. Then the help desk sucks, they started to blame the sync manager for the problem, but this problem was never present until chapura program was installed.
 Keysuite Works January 5, 2008
I've used various versions of KeySuite for years. It works when the Palm software doesn't - and they're helpful on the phone. Most recently I upgraded my Palm to a TX and tried to sync with Office-2007. I (and many others according to the forums) couldn't get my calendar to sync, with no help from palm. I installed Keysuite and it just worked. Bravo Chapura.
