My 9 year old son loves this game. It is similar to SimCity, the child designs their own zoo. This is a rather brainy game and the child learns about the interaction between the animals needs to thrive, the financial needs of the zoo to provide for the animals, and the needs of the visitors to encourage their return trips. Our son loves it, when he realizes that his design is failing he sometimes lets the dinosaurs loose! That definitely adds excitement! Evidently it is not for all children, we got a few extra to give out as gifts. The other children did play it but I guess it didn't have enough action for them.

(I don't actually have the game, but I going to get it for my birthday.)
I read the reviews and it sounds very fun.
There are about 120 animals and about 500 objects to build a zoo.
There are wolves,bears,dinos,birds,reptiles,aquatic animals,and much much more.
I CAN'T WAIT TO GET ZOOTYCOON C.C!!!!!!!

My brother and I play it every day.We can not get enough of it. We also make crazy zoos sometimes. We also make a zoo every day after school. We usually make messed up zoos though. It is funny when some animals eat other animals. Zoo Tycoon is the best game ever! If you like animals or to laugh this is the game for you!
