1 out of 5 stars Absolutely Terrible!   October 1, 2008
I had a nightmare trying to get this to install properly. After exhausting every online help possible, I finally had to e-mail technical support since Microsoft has no help available via telephone. I am still waiting for problems to be resolved. It appears that A LOT of people have issues trying to get the firewall installed.

The anti-virus missed a spyware program and a trojan that McAfee had to to find and delete. Do yourself and everyone else a favor by not buying and supporting inferior Microsoft products. Stick to Norton, McAfee, or PC Tools that produce quality products.

5 out of 5 stars Very good product   September 27, 2008
All in One Product. It contains everything you need to protect and maintain your PC. In addition, it has a good built-in Backup program. Never crashed. I had 1.0 version and I upgraded to 2.0. Highly recommended.

5 out of 5 stars Silent Virus and Spam Killer   September 24, 2008
So often you get an anti-virus program that just completely bogs down your entire system, rendering it useless. With Windows Live OneCare, you don't even sense its there, even when doing a disk check.

I ran this on my mother's computer since she has a knack for downloading viruses and it found a good number of them. We got everything cleaned up, and to date, it's been quite a few weeks, none have been found since.

Her system now runs smooth and serene. Wonderful job, Microsoft!

3 out of 5 stars OK Vista antivirus   September 24, 2008
Product works pretty well dont like the firewall on it though makes the wireless hang on WPA connections. I do IT support for some hotels and had to have guests disable the firewall to connect on some sites. Other than that works pretty well.

5 out of 5 stars Taking Care With OneCare   September 16, 2008

My lost photos were easily retrievable from OneCare back Up after a recent system crash. Printer sharing between computers in the OneCare Circle is a bonus. A really good product we are very happy with it and the price from Amazon was half what Best Buy and Circuit were asking.
