Very Good For Quickstart July 3, 2007 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
This product is great with lot of new enhncements which are very good to have for presentations. They consists of basic needs for professional presentations. I think they can be better by giving some level of customization for the user that will enable us to handle the product with more flexibility. But current version is certainly way ahead of all the previous products.
Why not include Outlook? July 3, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Office 2007 is definitely worth the upgrade. I've been working with the beta version for a while now, and can say that this is probably the best upgrade the suite has ever received. OneNote alone is worth spending the money to upgrade; quite simply OneNote is the best application to come from Microsoft in years. But why doesn't Microsoft include Outlook with the Home and Student version? Don't students use Outlook?

MS Office Home and Student June 30, 2007 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Mostly I've used Word and have found this version a little different than the other Word versions so I have to hunt a little to find the features I use most often. Everything works well and it's a good package.
To get your attention: No Spell Check for Outlook Express! June 29, 2007 8 out of 13 found this review helpful
They took spell check out of Outlook Express in English, Spanish and German! It defaults to French! The audacity! Yes, I know, others have mentioned it and offered welcomed fixes but I'm giving it ONE star for ONE reason - to get the attention of those unaware BEFORE you buy - something I did not have the luxury of. What ticks me off, beyond the limit, is that I did not find this in any of the comparisons between this version and others! You buy it and find out the hard way. Not right! It should have been mentioned in the analysis', write-ups AND in it's promotions - and should have been in bold print! The sneaky traders... We're left at Bill Gate's 'mercy' as if he has any mercy! I've come to the regret of not having gone with Apple in the first place, after all these years of touting Microsoft over Apple... They're an honest and decent corporation and I extend my heartfelt apoligies to them.
I'm tired of getting the Gate's Shaft. I'm old and changing boats at this stage of my senility is going to be a challenge but my next computer WILL be an APPLE product!
