great product just not what I needed June 30, 2008
When advertised, this product showed that it included microsoft outlook , which I need for my blackjack telephone. When I received the product it did not have outlook, so I returned the product and ordered the outllok program alone. Shipping, handling and ablility to return were outstanding. it just wasn't the product I actually wanted.

My primary system is Mac OS. I needed Window system and comparable program to exchange files with the "Window" based friends, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

We bought this product because my kids needed the powerpoint function to create powerpoints for their class requirements. They have had so much fun, and it is very impressive. They are eager to compile knowledge so that the powerpoint can begin to take form!
Installation Instructions June 27, 2008

I bought this product last week. Saw an error message during the installation process :
" Error 1311: Source file not found E:\SKU112.CAB. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it."
I later found out from Microsoft help desk that the message means one has to remove the old Microsoft Office Program (Office 2003) from the computer first before installation. What is so misleading is that during installation the descriptions on screen clearly stated that the old version was AUTOMATICALLY removed.
Better installation instructions or ordinary language error messages could have made the installation process so much easier.
