cheap with average life June 22, 2008 low price and life is on par with other brands. no issues after using them with multiple devices.
all right by me !!! May 2, 2008 13 out of 18 found this review helpful
Samsung makes a great battery; and these batteries will show you just how good they are made once you try them. I really like these batteries because I often travel by public transportation and I use my portable CD player to listen to music. I always get several hours more use out of these Samsung AAA batteries; and that's grand!
Of course, these AAA batteries can be used in anything that requires them--not just portable CD players. Moreover, the storage pack actually closes neat and clean for you so that the batteries remaining inside the package don't get dusty or exposure to any elements if you're outside camping or something. If it doesn't close all the way you can just use tape to keep it closed until you need more batteries from the box.
The 28 pack offers value, too; and that's important in these expensive times!
Use these batteries before their expiration date. The expiration date will always be several years into the future; but some people still have them lying around in a dresser drawer anyway. The problem is not only do they lose their potency; the batteries also begin to corrode. When the batteries corrode eventually a whitish powdery sticky substance begins to leak out of them and this makes a mess--trust me!
Do NOT dispose of these or ever place these in or near a fire. They could indeed explode. I wouldn't carry them loose either--they should be protected in their cardboard case or they should be already installed in your portable CD player, your flashlight or whatever device you placed them into.
Overall, these Samsung AAA size batteries are the ones to choose if you need AAA size batteries. I highly recommend them for any device that needs AAA size batteries.
DRAIN FAST, DIE EARLY! April 24, 2008 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
Do NOT waste money on these so-called Samsung AAA alkaline batteries. They drain super fast, and last only about 3 weeks if you're using them in a product that has moving parts! Now I don't even trust the other Samsung brand names just because of these wasted batteries!
Not bad for the price January 23, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
The battery drains pretty fast, but these are still expensive compared to the major brand ones. Not bad for the price. I will defintely repurchase, esp with the free shipping option.
Cheap Batteries - Long Life December 26, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Bought these batteries because of price and name brand. Long-life and alkaline were important to me and that's what these deliver.
