MY WIFE AND I HAVE A 5TH WHEEL TRAILER AND LIKE TO TRAVEL THE BACK ROADS. THIS GPS IS VERY HANDY FOR KEEPING US ON THE RITE PATH. I WOULD SUGGEST GETTING THE LATEST MAP DDOWNLOAD. JOHN

Loved the Street Pilot! I have had it for 1 year and it has navigated me through places I would have never found. Great for finding addresses that are obscure at night time as well. It is recommended to update its maps when new versions are available and I find it practical to still carry a map. Example is the Street Pilot may not be able to read or recognize a new road. It is loaded with numbers of great features! Comes with a remote for easy operation.

Great service and we love the product. We went to NC and we would have been totally lost without it. Highly recommend.

Ok, it's waterproof but has no battery? So it is waterproof just in case your car gets submerged in water? Since you can't use 2720 outdoors (no battery) WHY is it WATERPROOF? Does this make sense to you?
Other than that, it is a very good unit.
Among many good features that 2720 has, I like that I can choose what high ways to use myself instead of gps deciding it for me. All new garmin models have auto route feature ( I absoluteley hate it) that will recalculate your route automatically in case of traffic jam.
I own 2720 and nuvi 660. Both are good. I wish Garmin would make 2720 with battery

Excellent! This is the third Garmin GPS I have bought over the last eight years. Superb Garmin quality, very easy to use etc etc.
I love the large memory so that I can download extra data. Just used the unit in the UK the only trouble being that it won't navigate when out of the 'Americas' region. Everything else still works great just can't guide you........I was a bit dissapointed with that as we travel to Europe a lot.
I use the unit in the car and on the motorcycle in all weathers no problems. The touch screen still works ggreat even with thick gloves on.
Very pleased - no problems at all.
