Review for New York City November 12, 2006 12 out of 15 found this review helpful
All, just got the Nuvi 360 as a gift from GREEAAATT friends for my birthday.
Pros: 1- small, compact 2- very easy to use 3- great satellite reception / connect time 4- bluetooth works great 5- makes for a great gift
Cons: 1- not too accurate with directions (simulations of local roads asks you to do unnecessary U turns, etc) 2- price could be slightly cheaper 3- battery life could be longer 4- battery non-replaceable 5- many add-ons require additional purchases 6- does not include European maps (US version)
Hope this helps! -D

I bought the Nuvi 360 for my husband. He isn't one to be impressed with the lastest electronic devices, but he can't stop talking about this one. We have a service oriented business that he uses it for everyday. It has absolutely been priceless. Well worth the money.
Great Product November 10, 2006 11 out of 11 found this review helpful
Very accurate GPS though it is a bit disarming to watch your vehicle plowing through uncharted space on the new freeways in Phoenix...my only complaint is that the updates are only on a yearly basis and this area is growing so quickly. The voice prompts are great...I opted for the Australian girl so its nice to have 'Nicole' riding shotgun. On a recent trip to Oregon we were in the Willamette Valley visiting the wineries and asked one of the servers of a good place to get seafood in Portland. He mentioned a nice place, "Salty's", on the Columbia River and the restuarant (food) category on the Nuvi quickly retrieved the name after only a few letters and guided us 80 miles on back country roads and freeways to their parking lot...in the dark. I highly recommend this GPS. I have used it occasionally on my Harley but think one without a touch screen may be better suited for a bike.
Love it! November 10, 2006 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
Overall I am thrilled with this product. Only problem I have found is that when using bluetooth the phone call sound quality is less than desirable. And it automatically connects your phone with bluetooth so if you dont want to use the speakerphone you have to always keep disabled or have to push alot buttons fast to disable it which can be dangerous when driving.
