Blue tooth was a little bit of a struggle, but have been very happy with overall performance of the unit. Updating of the maps was a breeze!

Although this was a discontinued model, it provides everything I needed in addition to features I would not have paid a premium for. Size is not a problem unless you really need to carry it around in your pocket.

This is the first GPS unit that I have purchased so I have nothing to compare it to, but I really like the ease of use and all of the things that the c550 can do. It gives very good direction most of the time. The only time it seems to get confused is when we pull slightly off our route to a restaurant or to get gas. We know how to get back on track so it is not a problem. I drive a truck for a living and have used it to find directions. You can even use it in "truck" mode for truck route directions. I would recommend this unit on my experience with it.

I know it is a "dated" tool but it is easy to use for someone not technologically gifted...price if right and the delivery conditon, time. etc was punctual.
